In this case, you may want to check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, there must probably have been a typo while sending your email address to us. In this case, please contact us at email@example.com and send your full name and address, plus the correct email address you want the presets to be sent to. We will get back to you and search for your purchase as soon as possible.
Q: Where is my purchase invoice?
Your Order Confirmation Email contains the invoice of your purchase.
Q: Can I share the presets I purchased here with others?
No. Under no conditions should you redistribute the presets purchased here.
Q: What is your refund policy?
Any sales made through our website cannot be refunded, exchanged or «returned» under any circumstances. A refund can be provided only if you make multiple purchases of a single product accidentally. Nevertheless, please note that this refund will be subject to an administration fee. Please make sure that any preset is compatible with your software or camera files before purchase. (you can see the full requirements for each preset on our product pages). No refunds or exchanges are given if the presets are incompatible with your software or camera files.
Q: I have lost my presets. Can you search them?
